Indeed. Sorry, mate. The 360 lacks the console. Though, if you did have the PC all you would have to do was pop him in the Cheydinhal sanctuary, and type in 'player.placeatme 224ed' and BAM he's back. I also chose to create my own NPCs (out of myself! I put on some different gear, shrouded armor, a bow maybe) and then changed my race, duplicated my character, changed the duplicates name and changed back! I also brought back all of the Black Hand AND the Cheydinhal sanctuary members.

I also modified the people I brought back heavily (I gave them all new weapons and such, Daedric weapons, enchanted, even Lucien and Arquen who are set as "essential", I made them "unessential" for a moment, killed em, put the sword on em, bring em back and then put em back to essential). Gave them new stats and gave them individual ranks in the Brotherhood, (before I did this, Belisarius Arius, Banus Alor and Matthieu Bellamont would not talk to other sanctuary members, now they do).

The lighting is fine and easier on ps3 xbox is dark as hell.. and Halo is the only good game for xbox.
