@zelenkooo G, it's about losing weight. P90x targets everything, and if they were to follow the nutrition part they'd def see it. Look up result vids, there's elephants that lost mad weight and look really good. You can lose weight all around, not just in the belly
@zelenkooo bullshit, even fatties can do Ab Ripper X, it's not about gaining muscle right away, some ppl will and some won't. They can do this to help lose weight, a work out is a work out in P90X. Eventually they'll do it without complaint and have abs, shit takes time.
All I felt was my legs hurting more than my abs. I want to get rid the fat around my abs not my legs. >_> Insanity has better ab shaping exercises that you can actually feel your abs working out not your legs, your arms or any where else. @kittygallagh with abs its all about body fat, honestly these workouts do help and are effective but only to a degree, until you start eating less fatty foods and start losing fat, you can do all the ab workouts in the world but you still wont see ur 6pack..your best bet is to start doing cardio (just go running) and eat right, everyone has abs but you cant see them due to all the fat covering it

@Miaag88 Ok then I'd advice you to start running or continue if you do. You wanna work off the fat first. Do reps that fit YOU :) Then when you are "in shape" according to what you think, then work on a six pack. Thats my advice. Im doing this p90x and its Hell, but you can do it!! :D

@portugesecracker if your doing more than just this probably should buy the supplements. i recomend if your gonna get flavored ones...chocolate...strawberry tastes awful. and make sure you get recovery protein
Im on week 4, doing it 3 times week( Every Other Day). I feel my stomach is stronger, but i am not quite seeing results quite yet, I mean abs is hard to acheive. I think I wont see results until about the second month or so, it takes time, keep going everyone. :)
I just did my Day 1, I started eating healthy 6 days prior, meanwhile was getting mentally prepared for this because I knew it was going to be hard. I went for the classic and oh boy I was dead by the end of 1st round, but did my best until the end, and so was too tired for ab ripper X but I insisted, oh my God, I just hope I build the strength I need for this!
I can't even remain balanced to do the first few exercises.
