Now the Fl governor (aka fraudulent dirt bag) is trying to criminalize feeding the homeless! All these politicians, businesses owners. et al. should lose it all... health care, employment, roof, etc. I wanna see what their opinion is then.

Homeless people are banned in the Philippines from entering the mall, BUT they are tattered in rags and smell. HOW would the mall even know these well dressed individuals were homeless? This is a sad part of American, er, Worldwide, corporatism.
Try to get a job in the mall even part time they could not run you off then bc you can say that you are starting your shift soon they ask when you are to report to work tell them that is personal. Being homeless is a bitch even if you are well kept. The thing is you carry your bags on your back they know you are outdoors best to never tell a sould you are homeless. They ask just present another question to them such as why do you ask? Who really wants to know? They will all be homeless too soon.
They found he needed a pace maker. They had security to escort him out of hospital. He said he did not feel good. They thought he wanted to stay. They found the packe maker was broken hosp report said, they fixed it with silicone and glue, rather than put in new, working one. Next day 2 security officers wheeled him to a taxi to take him to a shelter. He said he didn't feel well enough to leave. HE WAS FOUND DEAD IN HIS BED AT THE SHELTER SEVERAL HOURS LATER.

This corporate world is about one thing $ you have none then you don't deserve to live. AIG was my insurer for workers comp I had a tornado flip my truck break my back they would beat me out of a quarter a year they did this regularly and no warning you are getting your check all of a sudden you are not. @nawmmbr I had a surgery called a 360 cut back and front titanium rods and more installed. AIG stopped payments when I was out the hospito and could not wipe my ass let alone walk across the street. Texas Workers comp was revamped under Gov W Bush he gave all the power to the corporations they fight for me to get simple treatment today they are pure scum AIG is the greediest company that is why they got caught in the derivatives sting they were too greedy. They are not doing their part now!

SOLUTION: Go to HHS and let them find you a shelter to stay in like everybody else. They are not special, because they frequent a few stores. My brother worked for Goddard Space Center for 23 yearrs and NEVER took a vacation. Space shuttle blew up, he and thousands other get laid off. He had a nervous breakdown, lost his home and everything. We didn't know until police came to my job and told me he was dead. He was taken to hosp. after collapsing in McDonalds parking lot.
White, well spoken, nicely, dressed, The woman says she purchases food at the food court, to meet nutritional needs, but she buys sodas, fried/processed foods (not good for diabetics). NOW, do I understand correctly, that they feel they should not be banned because they frequent stores there? If homeless, where is all the money coming from to make all these purchases, several times a day, each day of the week, books and prescriptions. Do they want special consideration because they are white?
John, in today's economy it is not easy to get a job. Also, and I do not know if this is the case for these two folks but having been involved in the cold whether shelter program I do know that the homeless program in Howard County drives the homeless to the mall every morning. Without transportation these folks have no where else to go. By the way, John, I too am a conservative but I also have a grip on reality. There are many responsible people who are unemployed and can not find work.

While the mall does have property rights, it still does not look good if they are banning people simply for being homeless. Another big issue is that the mall claims to have guidelines for banning people based on behavior, however this is not the case in practice.
The reason that the ACLU has not come to the aid of black teens that have been banned from the mall is because this simply does not happen...and I am in a position to know this for fact not just make an assumption.
A fundamental flaw with the ACLU's position is that they have not taken into consideration the mall owner's property rights. The mall is a business operation, not a social services operation.

I'll have you know johntheconservative, that miss Ann Francis from the video is unemployed and homeless not because she wants to, but because she has health problems and was cheated out of her social security retirement because the government lost her paperwork. So don't comment on things you don't know about. She is the sweetest old woman that most of the employees at that mall have ever met. It's only the corporate bosses that wanted her out.

There are people that are homeless right now that have done everything right in their lives they got a degree some even doctorates and they are HL. Debbie, KNOWING this mall as a place we went constantly to escape Bmore, I am really saddened to see this video. But, given that it is in MD, id does NOT surprise me at all. My hubs got a lot of prejudice there that he would NEVER get here. And, unfortunately, he is scarred by it.
