  • @KnowImillian He's world class yes, but not in a class by himself. You do know that Bboy Junior can control his body the way he does, because he has polio and one of his legs has not developed since childhood.

But of course he's still SUUUPER strong, just saying there are many many bboys all over the world who may not throw themselves off a roof and land in a handstand, but are at Junior's level or more.

  • @KnowImillian Uhh...no! The guys in this vid some of them CREATED styles being done all over the world even today, that 9 year old you knew didn't.

  • Please Michio Kaku build a time machine!

  • Looks like they 'decorated' their outfits with a black spraycan burst on the chest

  • holy shit

  • Glide Master DA SHIT!!!!!!!!!!

  • flip rock has his shit together

  • BRAVOOO ..... THIS IS AMAZINGGG !!!

  • Mr. Wave RULEZ!

  • Ok people here's the real truth about this, this is what killed hip hop, the media exposed breakdancing in the 80s and sucked the money out of it, and then it was over. If you actually knew anything about hip hop you would know this was the media's work of destroying hip hop. Please take time learn about hip hop. This ISN'T hip hop.

  • This is so much better than all this modern shit they call breakin and b boying......

  • MR. WAVE IS SIIIIICKKK!!!!!

  • ya breaked in the 80s we jerk in 00s but we still keep certain traditions so Im saying that to say Hip Hop will never die.

  • nope. jerking? No bboying

  • Doesn't matter how good or bad you were at bustin mooves, with names like "Kid Nice" and "Icy Ice" you are always gonna be cool.

  • im with the 90s

  • looks like a clip from graffitti rock

  • this is awsome mr wave's dance looks epic

  • u can tell rite away dat da windmill was da 80's move =] really nice!

  • unless you actually lived and experienced this stuff duing the early 80's, you'll never understand how exciting and phenomenal this era of hip hop was...

  • @b00too - could not agree with you more. I was a breaker from 1982 all the way to 2005. Last time I did it they still former a circle for me. Best feeling in the world!

  • Well now i know why breakdance got discrimated till recently man the guys from planet b-boys were right it got real bad in the 80's

  • "got real bad in the 80's" Son, it started in the 80's, this was revolutionary for it's time. Todays breakdancers have had almost 30 years to develop breakdance to what it is today. Crews like NYC Breakers and the Rock Steady crew were pioneers.

  • lol, ya, that "got real bad in the 80's" comment, sounded like he heard that from a documentary or something......like you said, if it weren't for the 80's hip hop wouldn't be where it is today.

  • These guys pretty much invented bboying mate.

  • umm wow all i can is hahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaa

  • Awesome!!

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome!!!

  • this makes me giggle :) i love this one :D

  • Brilliant!

  • save your shithead comments. just watch and enjoy .

  • i feel em bare assed for all the guys in this vid

  • For all you other "Noobs" this video is from the 1984 tv show 'Graffiti Rock' which was a NYC based hip-hop program that only aired one episode.

  • Do not listen to NOOBS!!!

Planet Rock is not the name of the band but of the songtitle. It was written by Afrika Bambaataa.

This song is called "play at your own risk" from "Planet Patrol"

  • wats da name of the song????

  • planet rock, play at your own risk

  • almost all you guys here commenting are all MTV faggots...you probably have no idea what real bboy or what this is

  • Did you know? Breakdancing was invented when an afro-american tried to steal wheels from a moving vehicle.

  • If I could be born again as a nigga, I would like to be Mr.Wave.

  • i think mr. wave is better then all of them

  • Why did they wear these tight suits. I prefer them wearing tracksuits like in Beat street...

  • Nope this is the orig song they break to in the vid im 99% sure =)

  • weren't they doing it to a different song?

  • that`s my niggas

  • To love rap today, you gotta love and appreciate where it came from! This is history right here!

  • Mr. Wave skilled it. i feel he was the best out of all of them. All the others looked slow and looked like they were doing the same thing!

  • FRESSSHHH

  • Sick moves there! - Whatching breakers today... more pozin .. but you can see the fundamentals haven't changed. Excellent clip

Watch the dude from 2:09 for five secs... Guess David 'elsewhere' ain't so unique afterall?? - Goes to show it's very hard to come up with a totally original move.
