Definitely not an H bomb, not even the smallest. The house footage is from a low-yield pure fission device, probably in the 15-20 kt range. With less than 2 seconds from flash to blast on the house, it is about 2 km from ground zero. At that range the house would not have survived even 50 kt that well.

The trees are probably from a different test; they sure aren't in the desert.

That was likely a test shot from Operation: Upshot Knothole.. one of the structural effects test shots, or a mix of footage from that series of tests. It was a hydrogen bomb design. Just because it didn't explode in the megaton yield range, doesn't mean it's not a hydrogen bomb. A Hydrogen bomb uses tritium and deuterium to cause a fusion reaction, and that is what they were experimenting with at that site, during those tests.
