Actually.. I'm pretty sure this isn't on any officially released DDR game. Only way to play it would be on either stepmania or dance with intensity on your computer.

Lol. :x Stepmania is basically DDR for your computer that is designed to be played with the computer keyboard. You build your own library of songs/stages and have fun. :)
