@Nsantmyre1208 Simple. The paper comes out of the package and it is too moist. Let it air dry till it becomes harder, and just just enough saliva to lick the seal down the entire length of the blunt closed. Too much saliva will make the blunt paper go moist again, rip etc. Too moist of a paper, not dried prior to use, will do the same thing.
