I'm not low income yet (technically speaking), but if i lost my current job I am not confident i can find another one that pays the same. my solution is i live far below my income level. If i do lose my job i can replace it with a much lower paying one if i have to. These are not re-assuring times.

I guess one theory on teen suicide being down could be. If the middle class is being wiped out then maybe the kids a beginning to feel more equal and being poor is more accepted. So the lower income kids may be getting picked on less. Teen pregnancy maybe eugenics are starting to work? Drop out rate I'm not sure maybe the first theory again.
