I'm a former member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was baptised by Rev. Clay Evans. June Brown sang at my wedding in December, 1991 and I thank God for her. She has truly been blessed with a heart and soul to sing God's praises. This album, "What He's Done For Me", has been in my collection for years and I'm glad that now the world will be blessed to hear June Brown.

15 years? I can't remember how old I was when I first heard this song - maybe 13 - but it remains one of my favorite songs of all times, and I'm not even Christian. I ADORE this song! It literally MOVES you. The lyricist is Dr. Margaret Douroux. I want that known because writers don't always get the respect due to them. They are often overlooked.(I know cause I am one) This woman is incredibly gifted!

No, I'm not Christian, but I find the song very inspirational. I come from a family of musicians. In any case, every living man and woman is on some type of spiritual journey from the cradle to the grave. I REALIZE that we cannot continue to place ourselves above others in the name of religion. That's what's wrong with the world today. This song is about overcoming obsticles in one's life through faith. I don't think you have to be Christian to relate.

These women were rocking the Ship when I first became fimiliar with the broadcast. I lived to hear Mother York say "june Brown with the choir sings For The Rest of My Life".
