As for whoever is having problems with the controls... I don't even think an option to use the keyboard exists. However, I own a logitech joystick modeled after a PS2 one and the emulator automatically recognizes it so I'm able to play using the D-Pad. Makes playing it so much easier.

@NadTheBat i do too but no longer have the games so dled the emulator. ya i know controls was a big reason why cdi failed. i just found it impossible at first. but toughed it out and found it got a lot easier as i went a long. beat the faces of evil and wand of gamelon in 2 days lol. now nothing else will work. zeldas adventure, burn cycle, dragons lair. none are working on the emulator : (

@theseer27 Well you said you have a CD-i, and you have downloaded games to your computer. Get a program called IMGBurn (It's free), pop in a blank CD, select the game you want to burn, burn it, and pop it in the CD-i and it should work fine.

Video Game Console Emulators are made so that you can play the system on your PC WITHOUT the original game/console. It helps by giving people a alt. way to play there games. And opens up some doors I think in modding/hacking.

Now, normally I feel bad, and don't use emulator unless I have the console/game, but when it comes to the CD-i....I'm sorry, but the console sucks SO bad that I really couldn't care less. It's just THAT bad.

I'm having issue trying to run this emulator. I'm trying to boot Super Mario Wacky Worlds, a game NEVER released for the CD-i (I downloaded it from quebecgames), but when I try to play it, it boots up JUST fine. I get to the Philips logo....But then after that the thing won't budge...I tried letting it said for 2 or 3 minutes, but no luck.

Can ANYBODY help? =(

the game maybe not. that emulator does u once u download it from rapidshare u have to fill in a activation code on wich u can find on their website. but when u're on the website u've get the message This copy of CD-i Emulator can no longer be activated; it appears to have been (illegally) distributed widely.

You can't set the controls. That's what's crappy about that emu. It's hard to code it, so you can play it with keyboard, but you can buy a game controller and set it up.
