AIr/Fuel ration is wrong. turn the screw all the way in and back it out 1.5 turns and try it then. usually its close but fine tuning is needed. After that check your jetting

Take out your engine and put in a honda crf50 engine, then swap the frame for a honda crf50 frame, then the wheels, bars, forks and everything else - then your problem should be fixed

take your carb off and take it apart then put it in a bowl of petrol for a bit so all the oil and junk come off, come back to it put all the bits on a washing line and leave it to dry, then put it bck together and it should work. this happens quite alot with pocket bikes especially with off road bikes because of mud and dirt being splashed and kicked up.

worst comes to worst, take the whole carb apart, put it back together, you are bound to find any problems that way.......

P.S if you leave gas in the bike for over a month, u may find that the old gas has turned to varnish at the bottom of the float bowl.check it out, hope this helps

If it were my bike id first pull off that carburetor and check to see if theres any hesitation when you pull the throttle and the slide and needle come up and then fully off the throttle and see if it gradualy comes down, if it comes down in a fast motion its ok but id replace the cable if it sticks before any further diagnosis
