There's exactly one other episode in the anime where Ukyo wears a girl's uniform as opposed to her usual boy's, that being the episode "Master And Student...Forever?!" (Found at the very end of the sixth season, "Random Rhapsody".) The second time she puts on a dress comes off as rather random, however it's such a rare treat to see her dressed in more girlish clothing that I really can't complain.

Ukyo is probably my favorite of Ranma's fiances, but I think Ranma and Akane are the right pair. I'd more say Ryoga and Ukyo, Shampoo and Mousse, and Kuno with Kodachi. I know Kuno and Kodachi are brother and sister, but think about it; then they wouldn't have to marry down from the "noble house of Kuno."
