I completely agree that Taylor Swift is waaaay over hyped. Not that she is bad. She is just not as great as everyone has elevated her to. Not by a long shot and Diana is a better singer and performer. Taylor only bests Diana in writing songs but Taylor has been doing it longer too.
Eh, her songs are catchy, but I hate Taylor's lyrics. Way too immature for my liking. I'd listen to Diana's songs anyday, especially since the singing is about a million times better.
Diana needs to release her country cd now, all of her new songs are amazing, full of hooks, emotion, and power. Besides Carrie, she is the best out there now - waaaay better than overy-hyped Taylor Swift. This song could be a huge middle america hit - good luck DD !!!
This is a decent performance, but the song doesn't showcase her voice as "Right Back Where We Ended" did on Gone Country (earlier this Spring). This song, although, speaks a great message and almost brought me to tears the first time I heard it. She is very clever to put out an EP during the holidays! She brings in such a presence and an anointing when she sings!

A lot of people seem to feel that way when they hear it. Any song that can make the public feel an emotion from it is a hit because it makes them want to hear it again. That is why this song is a for sure radio hit. The problem is the mass public has not heard the song yet!
I don't think there's a right or wrong tempo here...this was the first time they played it together and were probably decided on tempo and whatnot later. Love the Booya. lol
That would be Dianas co writer of the song and her main guitar player, Jason Gambill AKA Slim. Its not like he doesnt know the song, he wrote it with Diana! Slim also plays for Lady Antebellum. Im sure its hard to play a live song to the correct tempo without a drummer.
She's amazing!

Wow her voice has matured so much since the last time i heard it. I mean she could give both Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift a run for thier money.

omg who in the world is playing the guitar so fast?
iHeartCharmed 3 years ago
There have been lots of her performances like this one, where the tempo was too fast. Most of the time the blame has to go to no drummer.

She's singing it so fast here.
