WHY the hell would you get out of the van with a pipe in your pocket??? That's what opened the door for all of this (that, along with not knowing the difference between the slow and fast lanes..). ALL questionable items should have been SEALED inside a backpack or under one of the seats the moment the patrolman lit him up. The whole thing could have been easily avoided (mainly by driving in the proper lane..). But don't walk up holding, you're subject to search!!!
