  • GD stuff, check out my finds working as a bank teller

  • I know a guy that owns a Restauarant in Woodbridge NJ, he sent out a guy to get dimes, quarters etc at the Bank. When he came back, the dimes rolls had many, many many Mercury's. He then gave a boatload of cash to two other guys and they came back with every roll they had. All filled w/Mercury dimes.

  • How much were the roles just sepreat not the whole box

  • We in the UK had all our silver coins taken just after WWII by the govt. Sadly it was stipulated by the bankers we were indebted to that payment must be made in silver. I guess you guys in the States are seeing them rip off your silver coinage but my guess is that the bankers cannot fulfill their debt obligations because they have sold silver short by many orders of magnitude. I buy Canadian silver maples in doing my bit to keep the bankers from meeting their debt hopefully to bankrupt them lol.

  • lol better get cracking grabbing those silver coins, the bankers will be stepping up their efforts to extract them and melt em down for bullion. Always a thrill to find special coins in wierd places.

  • What's your primary language?

  • why do ur hand shake in the vid

  • only 40%

  • i just bought a box today and found nothing but a 1983 s proof and a bunch of bicentennials. congrats on your finds!

  • 1965 is a rare date

  • Those dates and mints were only sold to collectors as part of a set (90%).

Common circulation Kennedys were 40% in the late 60's.

  • Could u show ur hole collection

  • The correct year for silver is anything in the u.s.a printed 1964 or earlier.

  • @bonifide39observant 1965-1970 D Kennedy Half Dollars are 40% silver. Those are worth keeping too.

  • 1965-1969 if i am right are silver clad

  • actually they are not silver clad, they are 40% silver. You have the dates correct.

  • They're not silver clad. They are 40% silver.

  • @DreamerAriel no.

    1964 is 90% silver.

    but 65-70 is 40% silver.

  • @DreamerAriel but 1970 way payout more because how much they made in mint.

  • @DreamerAriel Markaroni is right, 65-69 are solid 40% silver.

  • @DreamerAriel they are 40% silver which means they are silver clad silver with 60% clad in the middle so your both right.

  • what kind of bank did you get these at

  • Chase Manhattan Bank

  • I found a 1935 silver quarter the other day in my change what is the chance of that !

  • Very strange, my classmate told me he found a 1935 quarter in his change too, a few weeks ago. I told him the chances are slim to none, since most were picked out a long time ago.

  • I want to upload a video to show people my proof but i cant get the camera lens to adjust right

  • pretty slim. Congrats

  • i take all my coins to the casinos. they take all coins and dont charge you anything. most casino make you seperate the dimes and halfs out and they do them seperate

  • i have often thought about buying a box of halves...but...what do you do with the $499 of regular halves...my bank doesn't accept loose change...do you have to re-roll them and then deposit them or something?

  • I pick them up at one bank and deposit them in another (It has a coin counter in the bank... no charge)

  • all the banks around where i live won't take your change unless you have an account with them....and my bank won't take change unless it is rolled

  • My bank has a coin counter.

I get the coins at 1 bank and bring them back to another.

  • I was in my bank (Bank of NY in NYC) and asked the teller if she had any half rolls. She told me to see the teller at the end of the windows. I asked her and she told me she had 1 roll. I took it...nothing inside. She then asked me if I wanted any more. She opened a book and told me she had $310 in the vault. I came back the next day to get them. They had $190.00 in 90% 1964 Kennedys, 12 Franklins and I don't remember how many 40% Kennedys. I should have asked her what else she had in "THE VAULT

  • awesome, nice job!!!!

  • Hey Mark, i just had my first day of silver half dollar hunting. i bought $270 in halves or 27 rolls, and found 8, 40% silver kennedys and 1, 90% silver kennedy.

  • nice. i bought a ton of half dollar rolls every week for 3 months. out of all those rolls i got around 115 40% 1965-1969 kennedy halves, 6 90% 1964 kennedy halves, and 3 90% 1948-1963 franklin halves!
