  • do you depot a quad the same way?

  • This trick worked PERFECTLY for my Body Shop eyeshadows. Thank you for making it and sharing your technique!!

  • I must say I tried this method and Enkore's. This one was way better than Enkore's! Much quicker and less messy!

  • great video im definately subbing hope you do the same

  • what's the magnet for?

  • sticking to the palette, or else it falls out

  • What eyeshadows are you wearing in this tutorial? thanks :)

  • I am new to mac and I just got some stuff yesterday. I wasn't too sure about the flat iron thing, not mention I would have to go and BUY was paper. Your method is so simple, it took less than 2 minutes, thanks for this!

  • im worried i may drop the shadow onto the flame lool ! :)

  • Hey, thanks for the video. Your technique is really quick and easy. I depotted four MAC eyeshadows yesterday and they all came out perfectly! :)

  • WOW, very good idea! I didnt want to put eyeshadows on my CHI straightener, so this is the perfect fix! Thanks so much, bella!

  • So you dont need that plastic part around the pan when you go return it for the back 2 mac program?

  • yes you do, keep the empty silver shadow pan, put it back in the burned plastic part and take the whole case back..I was confused about that as well at first. The MA at Mac said they need the whole thing back. Hope that helps!1

  • Thank You!!!

  • Thanks for your idea on removing the labels. A while ago I depotted 27 eyeshadows using EnKore's heatless method. I saw your video and I went back (still have the pots as I have not yet given them back to MAC) and removed all 27 labels your way! Thank you!

  • The flame being that close to the eye shadow is not gonna hurt it or melt it in anyway?

  • RenRen, I had to comment again. I had about 10 pots to do and it took me like 20 minutes to do all of them. I think that was the fastest way yu showed, thanks again!

  • RenRen, I just did it and it worked just like you showed. I never knew about depotting and I've used MAC for so many years now. When I first watched your video, I had no idea what you were talking about and then was really taken back when you said "kitchen knife . . . or exacto knife . . . etc" I was wondering what in the world does this have to do with makeup LOL. Now I know, thanks so much!

  • Clementine - I don't think so, I've turned mine in like that without a problem...and MAC artists know that many ppl depot this way

  • Will the MAC artists mind if the bottom is slightly melted from getting the label off?

  • They won't mind because the pots are melted down and used for other things (recycled).

  • Informative, clear, and precise. Very helpful!

  • you make it look so easy!
