So my goal was to beat you at the age of 16 to do more weigh are more reps. at my gym i did 120 x4 at a Body weigh of 164 and i am 5'10. i am 17 now and i do the 130s x8 at a body weigh of 173
great strength for a young guy, keep your modesty in check ten years from now thats gonna seem like a pair of paperweights. lift smart, dont pull yourself outta the game thru injury
nice man. i'm 16, 145lbs, and i'm on the high school track throwing team. i bench 225, squat 300 and deadlift 375. i feel thats not bad but i have to compete with the other guys that are 300+bench 500+ squat and 450+ deadlift and they outweigh me by about 100lbs. it gets really frustrating
i must say you are a strong guy i am a power lifter my self but i lift for the thrill like i did 100lbs dumb bells like 45 times but then i am 6 foot 290lbs leg press 1,440lbs just for fun...the iron game is fun...

teenage kids cant naturally lift them kind of weights no matter wot you say ill never buy it but its pretty damn impressive nonetheless

wow! That is VERY impressive! I'm 23 now, but back when I benched with dumbbells,which was last year, I was only able to bench 90lbs.
