And in the game, what was that red fluid, in the flask, hypoflogamus or something, that which falls on the white person (alyssa?) and somehow summons a monster out of her? BUT she lived thanks to Travis Grady (Silent Hill Origin) while she was in the hospital it was Lisa Garland who took care of her. Thats why Lisa isnt like one of the other nurses all nasty and shit. @videowatchright of the wheelchairs seen through the game. There the symbol of Alessa's time in the hospital. The liquid called Agtaophotsis is used to "Expell" evil from someone, not "Destory"... The whole Underworld thing is a world created by Alessa. The little monsters with the knives are actually symbols of the way she was treated at school (as seen in the movie) by her fellow students/

So when he threw it at the Incubus (The Shiny Girl) it made the Incubator (The Demon) be forced out before it even came close to its full potential. Dahlia knew this and wanted all the plants that created the Aglaophtosis destroyed but Kaufmann kept some just in case
