Have a look at the rider's body position (pause the vid at say 0.5secs) Why so crossed- up? There is little benefit in hanging off the machine if your head & shoulders remain relatively upright -yet you will see many riders doing this. Examine your own riding position next time you are on two wheels in a corner and see if you too aren't crossed up.

If so, get your head somehwere around mirror level and into the turn please.

Hard lines this time but it's a learning experience after all :-)

I've seen similar accidents where people try to change their riding position mid-corner making the bike unstable.

@RustyR exactly the point we're making. There are a few arguments about form etc. and many state that experienced racers are sometimes more twisted than pretzel but for those starting out there is a useful video on YT called 'Body Position 1.2'. Have a look it has some useful advice to improve ;-)

The bike was pushed beyond it's limits by a novice rider. Notice the on, off, on throttle just before the crash. The bike wasn't designed for that. As soon as the throttle was closed, too much weight was shifted to the front unsettling the bike in a corner. Combine that with the slippery painted line and your going down.
