@DieZockerXx u can only skill in one talent tree now with the new way talents are set up. get dual talent specialization and go frost pvp in one and arcane pve in the other!

@xDaVyNx It's true that frost is pvp spec, but  it's optimal for arenas only if u ask me . Bg's require you to do burst dmg , to slice healers , to jump , run and perish to invisibility fast . That's why I recommend arcane for bg pvp . I get more than 500 k dmg done and more than 10 kb's every bg even when I play lame :)) .

@DieZockerXx For PvP, I'd say fire, the best build is: 2x master of elements, 3x burning soul, 2x improved fire blast. 3x ignite, 1x fire power, 2x blazing speed, 2x impact. Everything in 3rd row. Everything in 4th row. dragons breath. critical mass. Living Bomb. Rest of the talents, 3x piercing ice 2x improved counterspell, 3x netherwind precense. 2x improved blink. That is complete Fire PvP specc. Keybinds. §, T, shift 1, 2 and 3. shift tab, q, w, e, r, t, shift a, s, d, f, g normal and shft<

Ok, I just started yesterday, and im a lvl14 night elf mage. I don't ever intend to do PvP (as I never did in many other MMORPGS I've played). So what is the best talent for PvE? I like doing Bosses and stuff. Not PvP. All answers will be appreciated. My main question is is Frost or Fire better for PvE/Bosses and stuff

That's actually the Glyph of Evocation. It's for soloing and PvP. It's not a good glyph for PvE, and Arcane can only reduce the cooldown of Evocation.

although its possible to arcane both pve and pvp i say frost pvp for control cuz u wana keep that screaming warrior berserker away frm a clothie such as you! And very recently blizzard screwd fire so arcane is way better pve u can go fire though but u die faster than a coin drops if u get hit. hope that was helpful u wnt more details spec and rotation wise im happy to tell u

Frost is fantastic for PvP, slow dem nerds right down, spam that ice-shard spell or whatever it is, the one that crits frozen targets for like 50000000 damage.

Fire is for MAX DAMAGE, pyroblasts in a second at later spec levels, also fantastic for pvp as well as pve.

Arcane, it makes water and food.
