i just got back, it was awesome.... i heard they are suppose to get another 8-12" and it snowed everyday while we were there... I had powder to my knees on thurs.

this isnt the actual resort...this is backcountry tours with the Steamboat Powder Cats. this is really expensive but im guessing its worth it. i went to the resort last winter and had the time of my life. theresn indian curse on the land that whoever comes to visit is destined to come back. i think im cursed.

Really sorry to hear about your accident, and i hope you are fully recovered soon. I was admiring your amazing camera work - amazed that you handhold such a large camera. The video is so soothing - great choice of music, the whole thing is stunning. I'm heading for Meribel in France at the weekend. I doubt there will be anything like the conditions in this video, but I'm going to enjoy the skiing anyway, and will try to emulate your camera work, any tips??
