To end the argument: 2 people were needed to play the role.

Anis was in the suit and did the physical stuff. Bruce Boxleitner did the voice (fitting as he was Tron in the original 1982 film) and they digitally put Bruce's face on Anis' body in the flashback scenes. So 2 people played Tron/Rinzler.
