the reason for reading this dua for 40 days is so that you can be one of Imam Al Mahdi (AJ) souldiers inshallah

@AhlulBaytfan12 if this dua is recited for forty day (preferably) before sunrise but can be read any time of the day that person if inshallah is alive when Imam Mehdi's zahoor arrives he will fight along side the Imam and if the person dies before that when imam comes he will be brought alive from the grave and fight with the imam
