  • My brother is in the army and he was on leave this past Christmas and Im 14 years old and i was crying just as bad as this little girl when he left. Deployment is very hard to get through. :(

  • ok it's sad the little girl misses her daddy, but I hope you fixed her carseat strapp there is no excuse!!!! bad mommy on your part. My husband left in October , we have 2 kids under the age of 3 and I damn made sure before leaving the airport they were strapped in their carseat properly sorry I love my kids that much not to lose them. They are 3 yrs old and 9 months old.

  • Strap that child in properly or you may lose her, can you imagine if you got in a car accident, she would fly through the window. Smarten up woman.

  • I sure hope you didn't show that to her dad. If you were to get in a car accident, has a very high chance of being seriously injured or killed. The way she is kept in that seat with the straps twisted, loose, and not on her shoulders is almost the same as not having her buckled in anything at all. A quick visit to a car seat check or youtube search can show you how to properly restrain her so she's safe.

  • agreed about the buckle her up, but i have a 2 year old also and pretty much takes duct tape to keep her strapped in. Anyhow this is no way to talk to a heros wife i mean really people grow up already.........

  • Crap.... this thing is sad... If the man ever saw this in war, he wouldbe crushed under emmotions.

  • Little kids fidigit with the strapsnof anything they are buckled into (car seat, high chair). And who are we to judge this mother's parenting style. Maybe she did pull over to comfort her child, or maybe she comforted her when the father left. You don't know, so You cannot judge unless you've been through what they have.

  • @davidtennantfangurl4 If a child is strapped in properly no fidgeting with the straps is going to make it loose like that, and it sounds like the car was moving.

  • What you should have done is pull over and hold her and make her feel better instead of interrogating her and making her feel worse. It seemed like you were doing it just for the camera. That is horrible. My husband just left on deployment and I also have a 2 year old and I will never do this to her. Please do not show this video to your husband it will destroy him...

  • Ok I think i don't know what to think about this video, on one side its sad a good share tot hose who don't know what its like, and i know you must have been thinkin how ur husband could die out there, but there are times when one is to young for the harsh reality of life, also did she take off the straps cuz they were bothering her after the car was moving if so i understand the car seat if not please please for the sake of ur daughter read the instructions. Safety First!

  • So sad...

  • I would never put it into a toddlers head the thought of losing her father. She should be comforted rather than interrogated. And read the guidelines on your child safety seat and follow the directions. As an EMT I've seen mistakes like these result in fatalities. It's bad enough that her father's in danger, don't risk her life as well.

  • @mskailani08 this is too offensive to a child, pushing her to answer cruel questions...a good mother should never do this type of things to a suffering toddler, you enjoyed seeing her suffering and her pain reflected in her little face...shame on you!

  • Wow while your husband is deployed maybe you shoild spend some time buckling your daughter in her carseat correctly

  • OK...First off, buckle her in the carseat right! Second...not that I'm a shrink or anything, but I'm thinking this was just so far beyond wrong...

  • @andie361 some kids take the straps off the shoulder cuz it fdigs into their skin, if she' done that while the car was moving there is not way to fix it and its one of those details that people don't go crazy for, i do agree tho, but its not like the kid wouldn't have just taken them off again...

  • awwwwww

  • why would you even say anythink to a small child , well we will all be paying for her shrink in a few years

  • Your messing up your kid with the way you are talking about it with her.

  • i just left 6 kids myself one being a 2yr old and skyped with her for the first time. this was how she was doing to. it brought tears to my eyes.

  • Why did you tell her he was going to fight monsters? Are you that stupid? And her car seat isn't on right. Her arms are tied down. You're a fool.

  • I hope you didnt show this to him.. it would kill

  • I'm sorry for you, but was there really any reason to post this video?

  • It's so hard !! may God be with you all !! Been there too !

  • my husband is deployed & this broke my heart

  • @misseslloyd i feel for you im currently deployed and the only thing that gets me throught the day is the thought of my wife and son
