Gladiator A.D. gameplay (E3 2009) Off-screen

I would spend much money to have that game, it's obviously the kinf of game we were waiting for the Wii, and I still believe that Gladiator A.D. is the game that HVS should produce for Nintendo.

And now they cant remake this game because they've been hit with layoffs while working on three different titles at the same time - The Conduit 2, The Grinder, and The Conduit 3ds. The conduit wasn't even released yet, and they made high production games that required a lot of time and money that they unwittingly didn't have, and The Conduit didn't sell enough to cover the games either. This is a good example of biting off more than what you can chew

You know, I support HVS and I loved The Conduit, but this game doesn't look like it's going to rise the bar. Sure, it looks gorgeous and all, but the gameplay is not helping. They look like they're all stiff and they seem to teleport instead of moving from one side to the other. I'm waiting for The Grinder, but if the final version of Gladiador AD is like this demo, then you can count me out of it. Animales De La Muerte does seem badass!

they should add something like in the movie Gladiator such as tigers, chariot and more distraction, more enemy, and more weapon that you can pick up. the arena is big but you cant move around much. hope gameplay gets better, love the graphics though.

the conduit was O.K, but remember, it was a low budget game, and it was the first of its kind on the wii. As HVS gains more experience with wii games, they will likely improve. Besides Gladiator A.D. and the Grinder still have a year before release, it will probably look awesome by then.
