these people that can't heat their homes are acting too helplessly, they need to do something about it- here in Pa. we HEAT WITH WOOD AND COAL to save money on heating costs ! It is now 2010 and I heat my home for 1 full year on 2 tons of coal, which costs me $185/ton. The is a heating bill per year of only $370

what is wrong with these so-called "rural" folks of Vermont ? don't they know how to cut down trees and split wood and heat their homes ? here we would call them CRY BABIES

Its a sad thing that's happening in America. Middle class are being crushed alive while special interests and big corporations prosper. The top one percent of the wealthiest own half of America's wealth.
