  • One distinction...you must fall your weight on the back leg as the front leg shoots forward.

    It's basic WC seesaw physics...it's the only way to effectively stop the MOMENTUM of a bigger opponent.

    YOU ARE LITERALLY FALLING ON THE FORWARD MOMENTUM OF THE OPPONENT
