@Joshumsnukka Wtf are you talking about. You're fucken high man they aren't gods in making speakers, but they do make some SPL beasts. Not tryna bash them but idk how much design goes into making an 8 with a fat surround, paper cone, nomex spider, and fucken 20 lb magnets on them take. Though I'll admit they are beastly. Fi same thing they're monsters that take loads of power, and from what I've seen the build quality is superb you can tell they're put together with care.

Sure, the Kickers may have more cone area, but that's something Jacob took into account. He knew the monster he created! What the SA-8 lacks in cone area compared to other subs, it makes up for in Xmax

solo barics might at higher hz notes at like 50 and above, but there no way near the lows on the sundown, plus they have a higher cone area than the sa8. i would take any sundown product over kicker any time of the year the kickers cant touch the lows like the sundown can

Sundown makes great woofers but that solo baric will put up higher numbers on termlab any day of the week. Being powered by the same amplifier with both speakers in a properly build enclosure. Solo barics move more air hands down...
