@ShotaAmyMe25 don't do it too fast, or too far away from the basket. a lot of guys try to do this real fast and low, but that might throw the shot off, do it the way you can handle it and go to your normal jump shot, or if you cant shoot just do a fake shot without cathcing the ball and drive.

that's like a step back dribble into a jumpshot, as step back jumpshot is like u dribble the ball with one hand and u go into the defender hard with ur opposite foot from ur dribbling hand and jump back (hop) with the foot that u attacked with and catch the ball off mid dribble and shoot.
