What you said about Mirror B and no flying types is wrong, you get Noctowl in duel square and Suablu in the cave, but teaching Umbreon toxic is the best way to counter the double healing he does, as the damage just gets worse, and switching also helps.

Mirror B is uber annoying, on top the the water/grass ludicolos, he uses rain dish combined with leach seed, which hurts you while it heals him. But what makes him easier is the fact that you get the TM toxic earlier, and combined with umbreon's good defense stats, and healing items it's easier. But I never found him disturbing.
