Because a number of comments for this video are so horrifically misinformed I feel compelled to correct a few errors.
1. Evolution is a scientific theory. This means it is supported by a large amount of evidence and is accepted as the best explanation of observed phenomena.
2. Devolution does not exist. Things only evolve to adapt to changing conditions in the environment.
3. There has been an observed increase, not decrease, in IQ over the 20th century. See the Flynn Effect.
The sad thing is this video is completely true, the sadder thing... justin bieber's videos have more views :/. The effects are quite obviously factual but our understanding of it is only a theory. While both are widely accepted as true (indeed i believe them to be true) they are still only theories. So it's quite possible and understandable to not beleve in evolution f you believe another theory explains it better.

Since you took the time to reply to me I'll reply back, I do actually support the theory of evolution but I still admit it is just a theory, albeit one with a lot of proof. Now to answer your question no a sea creature did not get tired an simply grow legs, it will have been small mutations over time which allowed some sea critters to live on the surface and flourish with fewer predators that would account for landside life according to evolution, rather than a decision.
The environment doesn't really have much to do with the mutations themselves. just DNA occasionally doesn't copy right and it makes the creature develop differently, normally this is bad for the creature, it dies, sometimes this is good for the creature, I'm not an expert in the field if you wanna look at it in detail go to wiki or something. As for why the DNA copies wrong i don't know, maybe its random, maybe its environmental, for all i know it could be the touch of god *shrug*
@jahiri Actually gravity is a law... theories become laws once they are tested and retested by various scientists. It's safe to say that within the next 50 years evolution will become a law as well. It will just take some time for the lesser evolved to catch up with those who already believe in it. :)
