    I changed up the recipe a lil bit by using red potatoes and mushrooms and garnishing with bacon, chives, and parsley. It was still super tasty and REALLY easy and quick to make!

  • Hunh?? Where is your flavour? Cook your garlic potato leek mixture in a little bacon or duck fat, or if your are a veggie, some good e.v.o. I swirl a little ancho-chili onion garlic olive oil as a garnish, though the (brown??) chives are a good touch.

  • I just made this today. Being vegetarian I used veggie stock in place of chicken bouillon. It was so easy to make and tastes wonderful! Thanks for this recipe!
