I changed up the recipe a lil bit by using red potatoes and mushrooms and garnishing with bacon, chives, and parsley. It was still super tasty and REALLY easy and quick to make!
Hunh?? Where is your flavour? Cook your garlic potato leek mixture in a little bacon or duck fat, or if your are a veggie, some good e.v.o. I swirl a little ancho-chili onion garlic olive oil as a garnish, though the (brown??) chives are a good touch.

I just made this today. Being vegetarian I used veggie stock in place of chicken bouillon. It was so easy to make and tastes wonderful! Thanks for this recipe!

Did you use the milk to replace the cream, because other videos use cream instead of milk. Which is better to use the cream or milk?
