@Antiks72 fo sho but this guys tone sucks ibanez can play anything but i like thier tone for metal the best. i dont metal at all. but jesus christ this guy cant handle a strat. SRV would turn in his grave if he heard this guy hahahah
WILL BILLIE! The lessons are awesome, but, can you maybe post one just of you shredding???? I know its not a lesson but we can still learn from it. Thanks for the videos!
This video lesson should be shown to every single beginning guitar student worldwide and then mastered. From that point on there would be a guitar army of blues riffing monsters walking the planet. Just an excellent lesson...
@realjuvelive nobody 'said' it, it just happened, for example Rock 'n Roll, its blue's but you can dance to it, from there came 60's pop which influenced 70's pop, metal, rock, country, RnB, rap. as i said, most genere's have their roots in blues....
What gauge string are you using, currently using 10s myself but I don't feel like I get the same thick tones. But I am running through a Line 6 pod and Super Cham XD. But hey you guys keep it up, I have learned so much from this series and enjoy the lessons, always learn something new every time I watch. Thanks
Im a beginner guitar player and im wondering what should i learn after learning chords. I've been playing guitar for almost one year and im still not good.
I make songs and covers and thats all. I would love to learn solo but i don't know where to start :(
@anathema199201 Learn the pentatonic+blues scales. It can be difficult to relate the scale to actual solo phrasing at first, but when you have learnt the basic scales, you will begin to notice the points of reference between the scale and the solos of your favourite artists.
@realjuvelive if you think blues sucks why would you watch a video tittled "learn blues guitar rythms &licks lesson"? or are you saying that because you can't play blues?
WILL BILLAYYYYY! You put a SMILE on my old toothless face, man - LOL... it is SO good to hear from you again. May you ROCK ON at LEAST until you're as old as I am!
You make the most basic chords and leads sound so good. I bet your fingerspan could cover six frets. LOL Are those strings 10's? And the tuning is standard?

Another variation on the first lick that I like is:
E5 - A5(using X022XX) - curl 3rd fret on low E - E5.
The curl gives it a real nice flavour.
