shoulda bought a home warranty policy when he bought the apartment.... Last house I bought the agent 'gave' the warranty as a 'gift' to me; cost him $250... This isn't a real court. Judge Milian is an arbitrator who rules on the case (that was dismissed with both parties consent). But how is this a parody of justice? In small claims court people fight over petty things- hence SMALL claims court.
