One question: Do i have to set the Home View with each start of inventor at my prefered position? Cause i can't save it...

You can set your standard on the part file or assembly file you use to start your parts or assemblies. Open up those template files, make the changes you want, then each time you start a part or assembly they will have the settings you are looking for.
