IM GONNA SAY IT. THE UNITED STATES IS 4 X STRONGERVS. GERMANY IF YOU PLAY THE ENTIRE GAME. ECERYONE ALWAYS PLAYS LIKE 6 TURNS AND , JUST BEFORE THE US COMES INTO PLAY JUST QUIT. BUT IT IS THE LEAST TO WORRY ABOUT DEFENCE, AND IS THE (IN TIME) MOST FEARSOME IN OFFENCE. US DOMANATES AXIS AND ALLES IF THE ENTIRE GAME IS PLAYED.

Axis and Allies 1942 has infantry, artillery, tanks, fighters, bombers, submarines, aircraft carriers, battleships, destroyers, cruisers, transports, aa guns, and industrial complexes.

I LOVE axis and allies but i hate when my friends want to play and then quit after a few turns. they say "theres too much strategy i cant take it" the whole game uses strategy stupid.

hey i just bought this and i was wondering if it was sortov unplayable bc of the map size? i put all the starting units on the bored and Russia didnt even have enough guys to start out with so i was forced to use the gray counters right away. also it looks very congested and so i might just scan the bored and blow it up by making it like double the size so japan would be the size of like a paper or 2 maby if i have the time; and just glue the pices on hard cardboard or something....

I love playing this version of the game, thats the only drawback for these games is Fog Of War whats thats ok.

In my set it seems the setup card actually tells us to set more infantry on the map than i have, what do i do?

now 1942 is a good opening for AandA and its cheaper however ann is a lot of fun but ovr priced and its for ppl who played AandA for atleast 1 month and ovr bu u can go striaght to ann and hav fun

@MedicinalBullets I've got absolutely no clue why they discontinued Axis&Allied Revised. I own it, and it is a fantastic game. From everything I have read about 1942, it's watered-down and half-hearted.
