Is the controller easy to use?

Do you have to have your arm outstretched, or can you just sit comfortably in your armchair and just play?

(Like a normal controller.)

You can sit comfortably. It's actually more free than a traditional controller. With a traditional controller your wrists are sort of locked together. However, with the Wii your arms can find a more comfortable position.
