  • @ketheasiankid I know right! :)

  • i am an Olympic swimmer and i must say this video is the best ever video tutorials for all viewers that seeking to perform better in their swimmer careers at home looking at video's only.

  • Fail backstroker is fail

  • He moves his body to much. You should move only your arms and try to reduce the movement of your chest. And something else. His chest is too deep in the water. You need to pull your chest out so you will float.

  • most lik4ely a breaststroker

  • i am defitneley not a backstroker.

  • sir, i cant really do this stroke, every time that im going to do this stroke, my face just declining under the water... T_____T

  • @sepohnekorb lower your hips

  • @iRoXsOxAlOt tnx sir! it helps me! now i can do this stroke... ^__^ thanks a lot!

  • @sepohnekorb no prob haha i'm only 14 no sir :P swimming for eight years though

  • By "ur," do people mean "Your" or "You're?" I'm old, so I spell words.

  • hahaha this is just hilarious

  • do not listen to a word this man says, did you see his backstroke start? hahahaha i hope he didnt pay money to make this

  • did he say something wrong?? say what then........

  • ur moving ur arm to cloose like ur arm should just brush your ear becuase it causes you to swim diaginally as shown in 0.37 and ur wrist is twisted to much

  • @superswimster your body is supposed to rotate so your hand can actually like go into the water fingers first, while racing it takes more energy but gets you going faster

  • @iRoXsOxAlOt yup i know im a bakstroker tanx for the tip tho haha ya i know but his stroke looked a little weird to me tho just trying to help :)

  • i must be doing something wrong. I tend to put my arm way out to push the water out kinda like the paddles on a rowboat. is this bad? do i want to keep my arms totally straight when pushing water away?

  • no, do not keep your arms totally straight during the underwater pull. your elbows will almost 90' angle during pull-finish.

  • just a pointer try to get ur right hand to enter the water at 10/5 to 12 because at the moment u are goin to far to the left of ur head if u understand anthor practise would be to hold a float streched above your head and do arm pull with ur right are with teh float acting as a barrier, jus some advise!

  • also you forget to mention about the catch of the arm pull when the "pinkie" enters the fingers nearly face the bottom of the pool to scoop the water then the palm of the hand faces the opposite end of the pool

  • Im training for the 100m backstroke in the olympics. :)

  • ty ty ty ty ty
