wow your shocktroopers scouts and snipers are at really high levels my brothers alot furthur on and he has only got them at level 10 but then again his lancers and engineers and who ever else there is on the squad are all about level 9 or 10 aswell so that may be the reason

@Koshimae217 You get them randomly. By chapter 10 you should have everyone in your squad, with the exceptions being the unlockable characters Musaad, Lynn, Audrey, Knute, and Emile.

@Koshimae217 Strange...I had a full roster by chapter 10. You'll get them eventually anyways, don't worry about that. But it sucks you still don't have Marina. Her ultimate accuracy potential is just overkill.

The best strategy I saw for this level was to use your snipers to pick off as many as you can, then send a single scout down the left side of the map, bypassing enemy units and taking the base.

Can't, now. Just check the recrution list at HQ after every chapter and hope some snipers are on the list.
