The Qoran plainly states that all the virtues a person needs are contained within it, and it is the last tome of knowledge imparted from God. The Sharia comes from anecdotes/stories about the Prophets life put down by men in some cases over a 100 years after he died. The authenticity and reliability of these is often questioned, and as such, it is a cultural phenomenon
