The Death of Walton Simons

I completed my first playthrough a few days ago (I know, very late) and I didn't kill Walton Simons due to an accidental glitch I discovered: Before he approaches you to talk to you (both in the underwater base and Area 51) shoot a Tranquilizer Dart at him. The conversation will happen, but after that your reticule will turn green and he will only run to you, without attacking.

At least that was what happened to me, don't know if it will work for someone else.

I always used GEP gun on Simons but last time I killed him with combat shotgun/SABOT shells.

@HEADSHOTDEALER Normally he is gibbed by a LAW, but the player used the shifter mod, that changes some things in the game.

This looks like the destroyed Area 51. That means you must have avoided him at the ocean lab. I never tried running away from him there. Man, this game is AWESOME!!
