At around 3:50 you said that you don't want to go from P2 to the transition while theres a Valkyrie up. The way my guild does it is we push the transition instead of killing her while that Valkyrie is up, and she'll just drop you down on the side of the platform when it appears. My guild found this to be much more efficient.
