The night was terrible, I never saw this big disaster in my life. Bellow the building is the Armenian church, museum and library. All Armenians from Romania came that night in case if fire would rich to their buildings. Museum and library was not damaged, but the fire reached to Armenian communities' top floor, and one apartment, where actually people were leaving. Fortunately they left the apartment a long before that situation became so bad.

Bad isolation materials, not respecting the conditions for such a building. It cannot be just because of a lightning cuz it strokes in one place not in 4 or 5 places like in this case. The poliuretanic foam is a very fire catching and a fast burning material, and the facade of the building is covered with aluminum layer and I know aluminum can burn even if it's an advertising panel which can burn once hit by outside electric pulse because it's charged with interior electric pulse.

Thanks God the fire was in the middle of the night and nobody was in the building!

There was a fireman - and the situation was under control.

I wasn't close to the fire, but I filmed with zoom.
