This guy got his facts wrong. Assuming we define drunk to be .08 BAC, which is what the government considers it to be, and the ld 50, the dose at which 50% will die, to be .40, it takes only 5 times the amount of alcohol required to get drunk to kill a person

The figure I used, "eight times" is from a source I don't recall right now citing alcohol's lethal dose in terms of its *effective* dose, the dose it takes to feel the effects. The wording "what it takes to get you drunk" was a creative choice, used to mean what it takes so you feel the effects, rather than literally meaning the legal definition of "drunk". Besides, many people who drink enough that they'd be in danger of overdosing have a higher-than-average tolerance.

oh lol, i just found out that those numbers are bullshit:-D. Dutch weed is better then States weed. There are alot of variables in weed. Mathematicly it's incorrect to assume that 20,000-40,000 pounds is a correct number. Simply because THC % can vary. I don't think these numbers would aply on jamaican people because they smoke the shit that grows there. I guess there isn't alot of seed manipulation there in comparison with europe (especially holland and bordercountries).
