  • like $85.00

  • Damn fences!

  • thanks, what kind of motor?

  • like brand new?

  • thats pretty sic, does it fly like that out of the box?

  • Not really. they will hover pretty well out of the box but for outdoor flight some modifications help out. I have modified mine fairly haevily. Blades and motor make a big difference.

  • i have been thinking about getting one but i have a 9 year old brother and im sure he is going to clip something somehow or im going to do it trying to fly it in the house but what could happen to the copter in the event of...?

  • These helis are pretty durable for a RC heli however they are still fragile. If you crash in a minor way many times you will find little or no damage. If you crash it hard you can expect some damage and replacing a part or two. Blades, rotor core, and frame are probably the most common breakages. Another positive of this heli is that the parts are cheap and they are pretty easy to reapir. I can rebuild mine from the ground up in about 1.5 hours.

    Good luck.

  • i cant fly mine cause the main rotor shaft is bent and i cant take it off cause the alan wrench bolt thing keeping it in is so tight that the alen wrench it came with bent when i was trying to unscrew it

  • It's a 1.5mm hex wrench. Go down to your local hardware and buy a hardened steel one and you will be able to get it off. They put red loctite on those at the factory to keep them from coming loose but unfortunately that also makes it hard for you to change the shaft or gear if needed.

    Good luck.

  • thanks. i just hope i havent stripped the thing

  • Nice flying! Lol did you hit the fence at the end? Ouch man! Good times, might have to grab one of these once I out grow my CX2.

    Take care!

  • Yes that was a fence caused stopage. I started on a CX2 also.

  • OUCH! That was a good hit...

Awesome flying right up to that point, tho
