Lol, you can't talk shit about anything as badass as this until you've done it yourself. The effect is blended perfectly with the footage, tracked right, and even casts lighting effects on the rest of his hand. I bet you couldn't even start up a new After Effects project, let alone do this.

@azulblueao well i dont realy remember ... but you can make the fire blue very easy . you can use the "curves" option to change the color :D and then you change the layer mode to SCREEN and trackit down :D

It seems to me that you have first rendered the flame then tracked it to your hand, in this case, you can see that even the top of the flame moves with your hand like it is one solid object rather than a gaseous flame. When you move your hand, only the emitter of the flame is supposed to move not the whole flame.
