  • so, liposuction is something like spot reduction?

  • Yeah, and some doctors claim they can liposuck your abdominal fat into the shape of a six-pack, i.e take out more in the areas where the grooves would be...

  • That's wrong. The cells just are gone so the fat can't come back. Yes if you eat more than you did before you will put fat on in other areas you would of put on before but it doesn't transfer from one place to another. Ask any lipo surgeon

  • that is what I heard.....can you please send me links of info that you think is good info.

  • What if you get Lipo AND change your diet? Would the same still occur?

  • very good point....one most fail to mention about liposuction.

  • Selection of effective ways and places to achieve this can be found at all-about-liposuction,org

  • the narrator is jacked. Obviously a off season bulking. look at his forarms... you can clearly see he's a bodybuilder omniexistus

  • actually thats all muscle. unbeleivable huh? well to prove it he even did a video showing his body, you can see it if your doubtful.

  • i need liposuction cuz im fat

  • i think what this guy says is ïndeed right .. beacuse some friend tald me the same thing and he knows alot of stuf

  • I guess your friend never told you how to spell though huh?

  • i bet hes on steroids

  • LOL I'd bet on that too

  • yeah his chest seems a bit too large, but then again could be genetics or Protein mixed with Creatine .

    What hes saying is correct.

    Do it through gym ...

  • How does one make the "surplus calories" go to the penis?

  • Very interesting point Steve.

  • can i lose fat doing sauna?

  • Nope, not an ounce. Sweating doesn't cause fat loss. Exercise does.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Calorie deficit does, not exercise per say. But I guess that's what you meant.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV I saw a mixed martial arts reality show on TV in which fighters hit the sauna for a while in order to lose a few pounds so that they can fit in a certain wieght class before qualifying for a match.

I am not trying to challenge your position. Just saying that I've seen fighters this on TV and apparently they lost weight that way.

  • @as04qg It's on tv...you can't believe everything you hear or see....steve tells us that all the time...that you need to take in information very carefully.

  • @as04qg They do lose weight, but it´s all water they sweat out of the body to get the last bit out for the weight class limits. "Weight fluctuation" vid from Steve explanes this really, water=heavy.

So yeah they do lose weight(water) but not fat. Sauna is not a miracle worker, if it were all fins would be sixpacked, instead of keg bellied :)

  • Hi Steve, thanks for all the great advice. There's still something i don't understand though, why do you say that it's ok to eat all the fruit and veggies that you want, couldn't the few calories too many come from them every day and couldn't those same calories slowly accumulate to cause weight gain?

  • hey steve, subscriber for awhile, check out my video, transformation over a few years from skinny to fat, not too much supplements other then bcaa's whey and healthy food, and lots and lots and lots of hard work. ( as i am eating cottage cheese right now :(

  • wow didnt i know that!!!

  • i hope you helped at least 1 person to loose weight the right way. thanks bro

  • awesome
