@nerdsharpie It is a drink called Entwash. It makes them both grow, at the end, if you notice, you can tell that Merry and Pippin are both taller than everyone else because of it.
@ilovedatasoong I recommend reading the book. Highly recommend it, in fact, if it's details you seek. Treebeard gives them ent-draught that will keep them "green and growing for a long time". They both drink it normally in the book, but in the movie, they were more mischevious about it, and wrote it up as more of a comedic element between Merry and Pippin.
