@96Nathan96 Because her soul was SUPPOSED to be shattered and spread everywhere to become the twisted, but (this is my understanding so it may be incorrect) Aya's soul remained in tact long enough to take revenge on Hyde, then her soul left her body, and it was like Eve and Aya traded bodies, "Eve" had to shoot "Aya" so that Aya could die. This led me to believe we were playing the entire game as Eve taking the appearance of Aya

You know if i actually had the resources i would do PE3 the way it should be. But this game was actually officially dubbed The 3rd Birthday. So maybe it was a spin off?
If i had it my way, story would be better and not so rushed. This had barely and depth. It was basically "Okay, mission. Kill some monsters, take over a guys body, run away from monsters. End mission. New mission, defeat boss, defeat more monsters"
Its like it was stuck in a blender and thrown together into a game afterwards.
@MrZeroCide I do agree that it felt a bit rushed. They would have put it on the PS3 if they had more time but to save money they put it on the PSP.
Its beautiful they way it is on the PSP visually like Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep. Too bad people now days are graphic whores that want everything to be on PS3 or on the 360 and want remakes of old games when remakes are horrible no matter what type it is even the re-imagination of Silent hill 1 was horrible. They screwed up the story big time.

@Astroboi64 Not really. 3rd Birthday was a terrible game. The Cut Scenes were nice. But the overall story really sucked and didn't care for the fact we couldn't use her Powers {But it was Eve in Aya's body so maybe that changes something)
The soundtrack and cut scenes were really the only thing good about the game. Otherwise, the fighting and story lacked. The Over Dive concept was nice though.
@MrZeroCide Making any game can be hard. You have to work on a lot of things before you can do anything. Even the old Pokemon games would take long to make. :)

@Arvias It was a weird game but I did enjoy the gore. I did not like Aya's outfits at all, they focused in fan-service too much and did not want to bring back her old outfits like her dress from the first game and her NYPD and MIST uniforms like if they meant nothing to them when it means a lot to the fans of the original 2 games.

@KIRA94000 Has there been official confirmation that The 3rd Birthday won't be released on PSN? I keep seeing is news sources citing a press release that supposedly confirm this.
From what I've read, the release does say that The 3rd Birthday is exclusive to the PSP and, personally, I think some people are misinterpreting that as "No PSPgo release".
If I'm wrong and there's an official source, then that's different. But my own source in Square Enix has yet to confirm or deny a PSN version.
@FullmetalZX It would be very stupid if they dont put this on PSN for the Go owners. I would love the first 2 Parasite Eve games to be on PSN like in Japan back in November 2010.
I dont think the Go is a good PSP system because files can get corrupted over time (or get broken then everything is lost) and I also think a physical copy of the game (the UMD) is the best way to go with.
@KIRA94000 The games release date is on the same day the PSN updates so hopefully it's going to be there. The first parasite eve game going to be on PSN soon.
Well, if you're talking about games corrupting, you can redownload it again. If you're UMD stops working, you have to buy a used/new copy.

@KIRA94000 Has there been official confirmation that The 3rd Birthday won't be released on PSN? I keep seeing is news sources citing a press release that supposedly confirm this.
From what I've read, the release does say that The 3rd Birthday is exclusive to the PSP and, personally, I think some people are misinterpreting that as "No PSPgo release".
If I'm wrong and there's an official source, then that's different. But my own source in Square Enix has yet to confirm or deny a PSN version.

@FullmetalZX It would be very stupid if they dont put this on PSN for the Go owners. I would love the first 2 Parasite Eve games to be on PSN like in Japan back in November 2010.
I dont think the Go is a good PSP system because files can get corrupted over time (or get broken then everything is lost) and I also think a physical copy of the game (the UMD) is the best way to go with.

@KIRA94000 The games release date is on the same day the PSN updates so hopefully it's going to be there. The first parasite eve game going to be on PSN soon.
Well, if you're talking about games corrupting, you can redownload it again. If you're UMD stops working, you have to buy a used/new copy.

@taicuzimbored I like my games new when it comes to PSP games. I had no idea you can re-download the games you already paid for. Are they really going to get the original PE games on the English PSN? I would love them on my PS3 when I get it :)

@KIRA94000 Yep, that's why I prefer digital download. Parasite eve got a esrb rating for PSP/PS3 which means it's going to be released on the PSN. No word on the 2nd game yet.
