kensingtonlass: LZ is the registration mark of all bulgarian aircraft (D- for Germany; G- for Britain). It comes from the name of Zvetan Lazarov (LaZarov) who is the contructor of the first bulgarian-made aircraft.
No prob, but my russian is not perfect and I can't understand a couple of things. By the way, I think all BH's planes are TU-154M. Also, LZ are the letters for Balkan, not BH.

If you are offering to reedit the gauges so the callouts are Bulgarian that would be great...otherwise your smart comment is simply stating the obvious! LOL
You are looking at Microsoft Flightsimulator 2004 with the Project Tupolev TU-154 addon. As a big fan of the Balkan Holidays TU-154 (this is my paint) it would be great to make the callout Bulgarian

A simulation??? I have flown in the cockpit of a real TU-154 a number of times on the Cardiff/Bourgas route :-P
